FAQs
Ordering Questions
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US only. Free shipping is available for domestic orders in the US for orders over $75.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Definitely reach out to us with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We partner with the US Postal Service and the major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 5 business days from when you order. You can always track it by looking at the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order leaves our nice smelling doors. If for some reason you're having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at nosey (at) pinrose.com. We’re here to help.
I haven’t received my package, but the tracking information says it arrived…what should I do?
Most packages shipped with our economy option are delivered by your local postal worker. We've found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just email us and we’ll take care of you.
What is your return policy?
We absolutely love the products we make, and we hope you do, too. If you're unhappy for any reason, just contact us at nosey (at) pinrose.com.
Not at this time but we are working on this. Please check back at a later date for global access to our products.

Product Questions
What are your samples like?
Pinrose Petals are our versions of samples. A Petal is a small sachet that contains a perfectly measured dose of fragrance.
How big are the bottles?
Most of our bottles are 1.7 fluid ounce / 50ml. A handful of our collection are 1 fluid ounce / 30ml. Both types of bottles are big enough to keep you smelling great for months, small enough to take on an airplane!
Where do you make your products?
California, Connecticut, Texas, Wisconsin, New York, and New Jersey!
What ingredients do you use?
All of our fragrances meet the IFRA ingredient standards and the California Prop 65 Standards for ingredients. We do NOT use phthalates or parabens. We use only the highest quality essential oils, naturals, and synthetics.
Our ingredients are a mix of naturals and synthetics. There are 3 main reasons we use synthetics for certain ingredients:
1. It is more sustainable for the planet. For example, sandalwood forests in India were ravaged over 20 years ago. The industry has enforced regulations that no sandalwood be harvested from India to let the forests repopulate. In order to recreate the beautiful smell of Indian sandalwood, perfumers developed synthetic versions.
2. Synthetic versions are often more hypoallergenic (surprising to most people). Naturals often have 100's-1000's of organic compounds and each has a chance of causing a reaction. However, our synthetics exactly recreate the only the scent compounds of a material (5-20 compounds), and therefore the risk of allergic reaction is much lower.
3. Musk, Ambergris, and Civet come from animals. We use synthetic versions of these ingredients to prevent animal cruelty.
Do you test on animals?
No, we do not test on animals.
Do you have any scents that are good for pregnant people?
Yes! Merry Maker and Lil' Dipper were designed specially for pregnant women and new mothers. They have aromatherapeutic qualities that ease nausea and bond mother and baby.
