“Summer of Sparkle” Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Pinrose (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date the Instagram post is published and ends on June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”).

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

• Follow @pinrosescents and @amandamakesitcute on Instagram
• Like the giveaway post
• Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the giveaway post
• Maintain a public Instagram profile through the end of the Giveaway Period so entry requirements can be verified

Participants may enter multiple times by posting additional qualifying comments. Each comment tagging three (3) unique friends counts as one (1) additional entry. Duplicate comments or tags may be disqualified. Automated entries or use of multiple accounts is prohibited.

Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• One full set of custom rhinestoned Pinrose fragrances by @amandamakesitcute
• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $360

Three (3) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:

• Two Pinrose fragrances of their choice (one for themselves and one to gift)
• Approxinate Retail Value (“ARV”): $120

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via Instagram direct message on or around June 22, 2026.

Winners may also be announced via Instagram Stories.

If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to repost, share, or announce their Instagram handle and giveaway-related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and prize fulfillment.

Winner List Request

To request the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Beauty-Fill, Attn: Pinrose Summer of Sparkle Instagram Giveaway, 78 Diamond Rd, Springfield, NJ 07081. Requests must be received within 60 days of giveaway close.
